1. Meditate on your intention.

2. Place the ingredients in their corresponding directions.

3. Consecrate the item using the elemetal method.

4. Say:

"I place this upon (name the item),

It's wearer shall be protected at all times,

No harm shall bypass (name)'s protective shield,

Protective energy has been summoned upon,

Heed my words of safety forever more.
